Why Appreciation Matters

Building strong teams starts with authentic appreciation.  This course,  based on The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace by Dr.  Gary Chapman and Dr.  Paul White,  equips electrician and skilled professionals with practical strategies to foster respect,  trust,  and collaboration on the job.
