Purpose:

Establish community relationships with individuals,  families,  and agencies in an effort to connect youth and young adults in crisis to essential information and referral services.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and rapport with Runaway &  Homeless Street Youth.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed to youth and families.
  • Identify emergency needs for youth;  coordinate referrals and options for youth seeking shelter or other services.
  • Provide appropriate aftercare services as needed,  including community referrals.
  • Ensure documentation is concise and timely and meets all grant requirements.

Qualifications / Career Path

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1 year experience with youth
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Clean background check
  • Data collection and documentation experience preferred
